LET'S BE BRAVE AND VULNERABLE TOGETHER
Connection, community, spaciousness, playfulness, vulnerability, understanding, compassion, empathy, support, clarity, exploration...this is only a small part of what arises during the workshops I facilitate. There is a variety in flavors and subjects, but they all share a few commonalities. I value setting the premises and boundaries to provide a safe and secure space for people to open up, be curious, and explore themselves, others, and different areas of their reality. I love circling, which I first experienced during Native Americans ceremonies, therefore this is usually the format that I use, also online.
HERE SOME OF THE OPTIONS
• Authentic connections - Explore Self and others, learn and practice authentic relating tools and ways we can effectively introduce in our daily life to improve our listening and communicative skills and managing to have healthier relationships with ourselves and others.
• Parts theater-improv - Use our improvisation and listening skills combined with Authentic Relating practices to represent the parts that are alive in us. This is a great practice to learn to be of service to others and to receive them and their contribution while being seeing and received. (Inspired by the work of Yaneev Rose)

• Travel Power - How we can use our travels in a more meaningful and useful way to welcome new teachings, acquire new skills, and go back to our daily life with a fresh and powerful mindset.

• Women circles/Full moon circles - Learn to connect through sisterhood, explore what it means to be a woman, indigenous teachings, sharing experiences, provide support for each other, menstrual cycle, celebrate womanhood together.
IT'S FOR YOU IF (but not only)
• You long for meaningful connections with other fellow humans
• You honor the value of community
• You'd love to feel supported and seen by others, and you're curious to try to do the same for them
• You value group context
• You love travelling, and you're curious about consciously learning from your experiences
• You think that listening to others it's a great way to learn and see things from different perspectives
• You have fun trying new things.
And so much more...
