We'll use a combination of approaches, including the (IFS) Internal Family Systems modality, and authentic relating practices.
Sometimes it happens that we simply don't know. We don't know what's the next step, what's important for us, what are our values, where our motivation resides, what is it that it's working in our lives and what is it that can be improved... Sometimes we just know that we don't know. Sometimes we just feel/know that something is off. Travel Coaching is highly adaptable to your needs. For me, it's a way to use your travels in a powerful and meaningful way. Travelling it's pretty straightforward in getting us out of our comfort zone and having us to deal with new challenges and situations each step of the way. I see travel coaching as a way to gain more insights about ourselves and our lives through the magic of travelling and exploring other realities. Through my personal experience and many conversations with other travelers, I came to believe that the experiences lived while traveling can bring along a great deal of teachings and tools that we can introduce in our every day life

• Before travelling - Understand what are you looking for in your journey and receive support in finding out how to get there
• Before travelling - Prepare for an upcoming trip, and leave with a great mindset
• While travelling - Receive remote assistance, check in and assess your goals, process your daily experience in order to progress

free intro-clarity call of about 20/30-minutes. We'll get to know each other and have a sense of whether we'd like to work together.

Sessions are primarily conducted online via Google Meet or Instagram, or in-person* (on request).

Every 3 paid sessions, I'll offer a
free session to someone who can't afford to pay for it. Feel free to suggest someone.
