Adam Plaezer - Hungary

"I owe them the best experiences of my life, and as I have known them for 10 years already, they are part of my life. Being on the boat is the best way to relax and get away from the civilization, from internet, from emails. needless to say, the beauty of nature is unbelievable, and it is hard to say which is more beautiful, the landscape above the waterline, or the underwater world. Raja Ampat is a pristine heaven, still largely unspoilt and looks the way Earth might have looked for millions of years, undisturbed, untouched."

The Countdown

Don't miss out!

truly unique and unforgettable travel experience—a boat homestay in Indonesia. Immerse yourself in local culture, soak in stunning scenery, and find community aboard a traditional Indonesian boat.

F.A.Q.

How many guests can the boat accommodate? The boat can comfortably host up to 12 guests.

Where will I sleep during the trip? There are 3 cabins available, each accommodating up to 4 guests. If you prefer an outdoor experience under the stars, there's ample deck space for you to enjoy.

I'm interested in joining, what's the process? To secure your spot on this unforgettable journey, simply reach out to Alice via WhatsApp or email or using the "Get in touch" button. A minimum of 8 guests is required for the trip to proceed. In case the minimum number is not met, the amount paid will be promptly returned to you.

Can I go scuba diving during the trip? This is a snorkeling and freediving trip. The beauty of Raja Ampat is fully available in the first 3-5 meters below the surface. Snorkeling can even be better than scuba diving!

What are the relational practices that we'll use on board? Alice, your trip organizer, is also a facilitator of Authentic Relating workshops and Internal Family Systems (and improv) groups. We'll have practices such as sharing circles, connecting activities through introspection and communication, sweet and short evening or afternoon gatherings. Activities will be conducted in pairs, dyads, triads, or full group. For more info get in touch, Alice will explain more into details and you can also join her WA community to keep up with the events she offers on a regular basis.

What about food and meals? Full board is included in the prices. The crew will prepare traditional indonesian meals for us, homemade and often freshly fished. For dietary restrictions we suggest you get in touch as soon as possible to verify if and how the crew will be able to cather for your needs.

Why do I have to pay a park fee? The park fee is already included in the price of the cruise. A regulation setup by the local government, conservation organizations and other stakeholders for managing tourism in Raja Ampat states that each tourist is required to buy an entrance PIN which is valid for one year at USD 80. The fund will go to several programs organized by the government and the stakeholders.

How can I better take care of myself during the trip? As we are located near the equator, sun protection is necessary. Consider we'll be on a boat and in a remote area, if you have specific needs, we invite you to bring along what's required to tend to them. Insect repellant is needed for protection to common insects. Malaria is present in Papua, please refer to your physician for the best prevention.

What's the weather like in Raja Ampat? Average weather is good yearround. There will be couple of time rainfall everyweek during the whole tear period with average distribution highest on July. Month June and July is considered rainy seasons in Indonesia. The period June = July and December - January will be a bit windy and the rest of the period will be steady. The seas will be very smooth during the non wind period and visibility average 20 - 30 meters. Water temperature from 26 - 28 Celcius, air temperature 31 - 33 Celcius.

What do you suggest I bring with me? To make things easier and more enjoyable, consider to have with you on the trip all or some of the following: snorkel sets, headlamp, binocular, hammock, trekking sandals and underwater torch(non essential, but fun).
