Authentic Relating | IFS - Internal Family Systems | IFIO | Somatic approach | Embodied practices
I’m here to meet you exactly as you are.
In this space, there’s room to slow down and notice what’s truly alive for you—tension, longing, or the quiet wisdom that surfaces when we pause to listen. Rather than rushing to fix or change, we make space for each part of your experience, trusting that every emotion has its place and every question carries its own insight.
Some people find depth in the intimacy of a one-on-one session, while others feel drawn to the collective energy of a group. Both paths can be powerful in different ways. Wherever you begin, the focus remains the same: cultivating a more compassionate, authentic relationship with yourself and those around you.

Ways We Can Work Together
Below are three main ways to engage with this work. Each path offers its own gifts and opportunities for growth.

For Individuals
Single Sessions | Sessions Packages | Premium Plans | In-Person Intensives
We’ll meet the different parts of you with curiosity, compassion, and courage. As we uncover the patterns and emotions shaping your life, you’ll have the chance to deepen your connection with your authentic Self and be more secure and present. We’ll also explore practical ways to communicate your needs and boundaries, so your relationships can grow from a place of clarity and genuine understanding.

For Duos
Single Sessions | Sessions Packages | Premium Plans | In-Person Intensives
We bring the IFIO (Intimacy From the Inside Out) approach into each session, creating an environment where you can untangle miscommunication and uncover each person’s deeper needs. By exploring how protective parts arise in your interactions, we open pathways for healing, growth, and reconnection. Together, we cultivate a foundation of mutual trust, honesty, and genuine closeness.

In Group
In-person: workshops | retreats | travels • Online: (Coming soon) IFS, AR
We’ll co-create a relational field and use Authentic Relating and IFS (Internal Family Systems) practices—engaging in experiential activities, connecting authentically, and expanding our capacity for empathy and self-compassion. In this shared container, we learn from each other’s experiences, discover new ways of relating, and support each other’s growth through the power of community

Approach and modalities
The work we do together draws on a blend of modalities that honor each person’s innate wisdom. Below are a few core approaches that help guide and shape our process.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a powerful method to connect with the different parts of yourself—each carrying its own story, emotion, and purpose. By meeting them with curiosity rather than judgment, we create space for healing and transformation. With Duos, I also use the IFIO approach.
Authentic Relating
Authentic Relating brings honesty and presence into how we communicate and connect. By practicing real-time exercises, we learn to stay open and truthful—especially when vulnerability arises. I also invite you to bring your attention to your somatic experience while you relate with yourself and others in the space.
Relational & Embodiment-Based Practices
I also integrate practices that bring awareness to the body and the nervous system. By tuning into physical sensations and emotional cues, we discover grounded ways to navigate triggers, cultivate self-responsibility, and foster deeper connection. What Clients Say
This is where healing begins
It’s not about getting somewhere else —
it’s about learning to be with yourself in a new way.
Some moments call for slowing down and listening. Others need a space where things can be felt and expressed in real time.
In one-on-one sessions, we take the time to explore what’s happening inside you—gently untangling patterns, meeting emotions with care, and creating space for something new.
In group spaces, we step into a relational field, practicing real connection, witnessing and being witnessed, learning through experience.
Wherever you begin, it starts here.
